On 28th April Spanish Food and Drink Federation presented CHORIZO project at the National
Food Technology Platforms “FoodforLife” meeting in Valladolid, as part of Spanish Living Lab
organised in the frame of FOODPathS, a project funded by the European Commission that aims
to offer a concrete pathway and necessary tools for establishing an appropriate operational
environment for the future European Partnership for Sustainable Food Systems (SFS).
European Technology Platforms (ETPs) are industry-led stakeholder fora recognised by the
European Commission as key actors in driving innovation, knowledge transfer and European
competitiveness.
