Our partner, ICLEI: Local Governments for Sustainability, will be facilitating an accelerator session on food waste prevention in cities at the World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF2024) on Thursday 18 April. The session will take place online, from 1 to 2pm CEST. The target audience are primarily city practitioners but also food waste enthusiasts.
This accelerator session will explore strategies that cities put in place to reduce food waste along the food supply chain. Building on different European projects, such as CHORIZO, they will bring practical examples from frontrunner cities.
