The Open Food Conference took place from 11th to 13th of March 2024 in Leuven organized by the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. During the conference, different sessions highlighted the factors influencing our food systems and the urgent need for collaborative solutions.

We had the pleasure to have one of our colleagues taking part as ILVO (Instituut voor Landbouw, Visserij- en Voedingsonderzoek) representative in the conference discussing the future of our food systems, opportunities and challenges, and also pesenting the first results of CHORIZO project in a session about food waste reduction.
